Halloween Coffin Candy Dish

I am having SO MUCH FUN with these paper mache coffins!  This is my latest (check out my post featuring the BONE COLLECTOR if you missed my first coffin) and this one’s a candy dish.  Or, if you prefer the “trick” side instead of the “treat” side of Halloween, then fill this baby up with spiders, snakes, rats, bones or anything else your twisted little heart desires.  Take a good look from all angles:

Those are real brass feet and pull rings – cool, huh?

I fancied up the ‘ol casket with Antique Gold heat embossed flourishes.

There’s six brass knobbed skulls on the coffin’s lid.

And doesn’t this guy look comfortable with his lot in “life”?

And inside, there’s plenty of room for all those tricks or treats.
